News Reading and Response (day 7)

I read an article about the shooting during a GOP baseball practice. It happened early this morning, in Alexandria Virginia. Five people were sent to the hospital. The only details the police are able to confirm are the number of people with injuries and that the suspect was one of the five taken to the hospital. One person at the scene said that the shooter asked about their political views and once they shared their views the shooter opened fire.

I read a story about how Hobby Lobby is being sued by the Department Of Justice. Hobby Lobby is being sued for smuggling Iraqi artifacts from Iraq to the United States. They were shipping Cuneiform tablets from Iraq to their main headquarters in Oklahoma. The family that owns Hobby Lobby is currently opening a museum, expected to be open in November, so it is likely that is why they were stolen. Is rapid city any good?

The Black Hills and Rapid City have a very specific small town feel. Despite not being a huge town rapid doesn't really miss out, we have touristy things, shopping and all sorts of restaurants.
